Degrees in Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Business, Psychology, or Social Sciences are particularly advantageous (applications from all degree disciplines welcomed)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with colleagues across global and local Business Units, cross-functional teams including Marketing and R&D, and external agency partners to deliver impactful insights and initiatives
Champion the adoption of new and existing CBIA tools and methodologies by supporting training sessions and embedding best practices across Haleon teams
Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable research briefs and manage end-to-end research projects—from market studies to data analysis—to uncover meaningful insights
Foster strong partnerships with key agencies to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with strategic objectives
Stay ahead of market dynamics by leveraging agile digital research platforms like Ipsos Digital, Zappi, and Google Trends to monitor consumer and HCP behaviour
Deliver strategic recommendations grounded in robust research and data analysis to inform decision-making and drive business growth
Support the team in embedding more agile, efficient working practices across CBIA to enhance responsiveness and impact
Contribute to identifying growth insights that spark transformative ideas and build brands with humanity
Help define and embed KPIs and metrics that measure the impact of our work, enabling continuous improvement and strategic course correction
