Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
8+ years of R&D experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing an engineering team
Strong understanding of modular system design, product development processes, and testing/certification procedures. Experience with IEC, UL, and other relevant industry standards
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and ability to inspire accountability
Fluency in both English and Danish

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing R&D team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Oversee all aspects of new product development, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer requirements, and strategic business objectives
Plan and execute successful product releases, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Business and Product Management, Commercial Marketing, and Operations) to ensure a smooth launch
Identify and implement improvements to existing products, addressing customer feedback and enhancing performance; drive organizational goals and KPIs
Contribute to the long-term R&D strategy for Cubic Modular Systems, identifying emerging technologies and market opportunities
Work closely with global teams in engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales to achieve common goals
