Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless communication systems design and development. Strong proficiency in MATLAB and C/C++ programming languages is required, along with experience in fixed-point design and simulation. Familiarity with wireless protocols and algorithm design is also necessary.
The R&D Systems Engineer will participate in the design, simulation, prototyping, and testing of wireless communication and sensing projects and products, developing algorithms and protocols, maintaining simulators, conducting system testing and characterization, working with hardware and software engineers, planning and executing field tests, generating technical documentation, and potentially traveling for feature testing and demonstrations.
