Requirements

Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
Experience with AWS Marketplace, a plus
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to own extreme ownership principles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaborative and team work abilities

Responsibilities

Generate accurate and competitive quotes
Manage incoming requests for quotes from sales teams to provide accurate quotes to Channel Partners
Create and send appropriate quotes to Channel Partners for each opportunity
Create Private Offer/Selling Authorization contracts via AWS Marketplace Portal
Execute post-sale admin and order routing forms
Contribute to positive team culture promoting collaboration and customer-centricity
Cross-train and help support Global quoting
Log and monitor Quoting and Deal Routing Statistics on a daily basis
Collaborate closely with Order Management and Business Development teams to ensure created quotes align with cross-functional policies and best practices
Provide excellent customer service to sales teams
