Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the end-to-end production of BoQs for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications
Plan, schedule, and monitor internal project delivery programmes in alignment with agreed milestones
Lead daily stand-up meetings to review deliverables, identify blockers, and align team priorities
Review and approve BoQ packages to ensure full compliance with drawing details, specifications, and scope requirements
Implement structured QA checks for measurements, document references, and dynamic links within tools like CostX
Perform comprehensive gap analysis to validate that all work elements and associated risks/opportunities are captured in the BoQs
Oversee the incorporation of all Technical Query (TQ) responses into live documentation and maintain an updated TQ register
Lead pre-contract quantity surveying deliverables, ensuring on-time and high-quality production of client-ready Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
Serve as the technical and operational bridge between UK-based commercial leads and the India back-office team
Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure and capital assets, from strategic planning and engineering to construction, operations, and compliance
