Responsibilities

  • Analyze key performance measures in product, operations, and customer experience domains
  • Unlock opportunities using quality data to inform product and operational leaders
  • Analyze and present compelling, insightful data analysis to drive business decisions
  • Develop easy-to-understand data visualizations of trends and variances
  • Develop alarm/alert systems using control charts and other statistical techniques
  • Apply advanced analytics, including machine learning, to improve customer experience and reduce cost per service event
  • Serve as a consultant to business process owners, providing actionable insights for decision-making and financial performance
  • Analyze customer engagement across channels to identify personalization opportunities and drive outcomes (e.g., retention, NPS)
  • Analyze sales data across channels to understand customer behavior and provide recommendations for products or sales coaching
  • Employ data analysis techniques to build regression and classification models for defect identification and process optimization
  • Work with text analytics, channel analytics, and web optimization efforts
  • Develop reporting based on business requirements, processes, and system logging for fully automated solutions
  • Build knowledge base across the organization for business improvement
  • Visualize customer movement across channels (app, call center, etc.) and measure level of effort using SQL and data collection
  • Ensure report data integrity and accuracy; verbally present results and implications to operational teams daily
  • Serve as subject matter expert in analytics and support strategic projects impacting customer, agent, and coach experience
  • Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify statistically significant cause-and-effect relationships
  • Present results to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
  • Identify opportunities and recommend creative solutions to business problems through analytics
