Responsibilities

Lead internal and external audits for systems and processes, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA (FFA), Customer Specific Requirements, and EOS
Manage IATF 16949 certification processes for the Technical Center
Drive maintenance and upgrades of global standards for Quality Systems Management
Ensure audit readiness and flawless execution to support successful product launches
Act as the primary contact for external certification bodies
Coordinate implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TISAX, and ISO 17025 standards
Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of the QS&DA department
Mentor teams to build a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Define and monitor Quality System KPIs (audit closure rates, non-conformance trends, certification status)
