Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Quality or Operations
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
  • Certified IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 auditor
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experienced in MS Office
  • Ability to travel more than 15% of working time to support audits

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal and external audits for systems and processes, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA (FFA), Customer Specific Requirements, and EOS
  • Manage IATF 16949 certification processes for the Technical Center
  • Drive maintenance and upgrades of global standards for Quality Systems Management
  • Ensure audit readiness and flawless execution to support successful product launches
  • Act as the primary contact for external certification bodies
  • Coordinate implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TISAX, and ISO 17025 standards
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of the QS&DA department
  • Mentor teams to build a culture of quality and continuous improvement
  • Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
  • Define and monitor Quality System KPIs (audit closure rates, non-conformance trends, certification status)
