Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a medical device company environment
Proven experience in a quality assurance role
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, project management skills
Ability to prioritize and handle a large volume of projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
Expert English in both verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Ability to travel approximately 5%, including internationally
Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or any related field
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), HIPAA, CAPA etc
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality software tools
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
