The Quality Program Manager will oversee the qualification of new packaging, suppliers, and equipment, ensuring compliance with Abbott Nutrition and regulatory requirements. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive continuous improvement in the qualification process, maintain a food safety-focused mindset, and support Abbott Nutrition’s innovation pipeline and capacity growth. Additionally, the role involves leading and developing a team of five direct reports, fostering their growth and excellence, and conducting supplier qualification assessments.
