Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Management role within the Aerospace & Defense industry, along with experience and knowledge of AS9100/9120 standards and quality management principles. Strong understanding of aerospace industry regulations and requirements is also necessary.
The Quality Manager, EMEA Aerospace & Defense will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Quality Management System data, responding to customer quality-related issues and leading root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventative actions for nonconformities. They will also complete First Article Inspection Reports, analyze fault trends, create quality metrics and KPIs, work closely with sales and distribution teams, support new business activity, participate in continuous improvement projects, ensure adherence to customer requirements and regulatory standards, monitor the effectiveness of the QMS, prepare for and facilitate customer audits, analyze processes for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet expectations.
