Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in a Technical/Manufacturing or Business subject, along with ISO9001/14001 experience and desirable experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment, NEBOSH qualification, BRC/IoP food or food packaging requirements, TS 16949 OR IATF 16949 experience, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

The Quality Manager will ensure the safety of themselves and colleagues by conducting safety observations/audits, maintain Quality and Hygiene management systems, facilitate internal and external audits, work with other departments to develop HR policies and procedures, conduct investigations for customer and internal complaints, liaise with purchasing and suppliers to implement corrective actions, represent Quality in the management team, set Plant Quality Objectives, train and mentor Plant Quality personnel, analyse customer feedback for continuous improvement, and demonstrate expertise in Process Capability and Statistical Control.
