Requirements

  • Experience in quality management or leadership roles within a service-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage and supervise Quality Leads and Managers or teams of Quality Leads
  • Knowledge of Welocalize Four Pillars: Customer Service, Quality, Innovation, and Global Teamwork
  • Proficiency in setting and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Skills in performance management, including supervision, coaching, career development, time off, and expense approvals
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools for monitoring performance
  • Understanding of quality financial and operational metrics (KPIs)
  • Experience with agile processes and practices
  • Knowledge of ISO processes, procedures, and certification support
  • Ability to partner with Sales for RFP responses and business development

Responsibilities

  • Define quarterly Group Quality OKRs in alignment with company OKRs alongside Quality leadership and Quality Leads
  • Ensure Squads are balanced in quality workload, resources, and bandwidth
  • Assist Quality Leads in measuring and reporting OKR progress
  • Proactively identify actions to achieve and exceed objectives
  • Cross-pollinate quality processes, knowledge, and efficiencies across Squads
  • Align Squads on quality strategies to meet OKRs
  • Manage performance of Squad leads, including supervision, coaching, career development, and people activities
  • Monitor Squad performance using business intelligence and assist in improvements
  • Monitor quality financial and operational KPIs
  • Support implementation of quality initiatives for customer satisfaction, profitability, and deliverable quality
  • Drive adoption of production tools per processes
  • Drive initiatives from Quality Leadership Team
  • Serve as point of escalation for Quality Leads
  • Adopt, implement, and govern agile processes for quality
  • Own and audit global processes for standardization
  • Partner with Sales on RFP responses and business opportunities
  • Support compliance efforts and quality audits
  • Identify efficient quality processes for new service lines
  • Prepare and present quality initiatives to clients as needed
  • Support Squads where Leads are unavailable
  • Ensure team is up to date on ISO processes and support certifications
  • Assist in productivity and efficiency reporting to achieve cost targets
  • Motivate Quality Leads and Managers
