This role is based in the Filtration Solutions Division manufacturing facility located in Stafford Springs, CT.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technical related field and minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Professional are required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are required, along with proficiency in quality tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagrams, GEMBA walks, statistical techniques, data trending, and Microsoft Office tools including MiniTab.
You will own the customer complaint handling process, coordinate risk assessments, interact with customers and teams, develop CAPA, monitor quality improvements, compile metrics, support audits, and implement decisions to improve quality.
You will report directly to the Quality Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams, Plant Facilities, and Engineering.
