Responsibilities

Manufacturing Process Quality Control Activities
Support in supervising quality inspector activities and assignments
Red Tag Control Sorting/Rework of Nonconforming Product
Analyze Scrap Investigate issues identified in our own plants
Provide Quality Visual Aids
Data collection and Trend analysis
Ensure process change is identified and follow up process change process
Handle the Customer Quality Issue
Provide RMA and tracking Return Material Analysis
Handle the Process qualification
Localized and Transferred tool qualification
Tractability and labeling projects
Handle the supplier quality monitoring
Problem issues and solving
Authorized to shut down production activities against any abnormal process control
