Scan all fresh meat and Deli wall styles and reconcile selection variances in accordance with company policies and procedures
Validate cases packs and expiration dates
Monitor loading sequences of each club shipment to ensure product integrity
Data enter PO's and shipping variances
Seal trailers and ensure well-built pallets leave the warehouse for receipt at the clubs
Perform random sampling of Frozen, Dairy, and Produce shipments and report findings to the onsite Quality Control Supervisor
Data enter PO's for shipping variances, enter seal and trailer info
Validate case pack and expiration date detail to ensure proper rotation, inventory, and club satisfaction
