Requirements

Any Graduation / Bachelor’s degree
1 to 3 years of experience, with minimum 1 year in Email/Campaign Management
Very good understanding of Adobe implementation and underlying data model (or high proficiency in other email delivery applications: Dream, ExactTarget, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys)
Intimate knowledge of Campaign Management Best Practices and trends
Expert in functional testing with experience in testing digital products (e.g., Mobile web applications, responsive websites)
Experience testing multiple operating system platforms (Macintosh, Windows, iOS, Android)
Experience testing multiple browser versions (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer)
Experience testing multiple device types (handset, tablet, PC, etc.)
Knowledge of mobile devices and industry trends
Strong analytical knowledge in the marketing space
Skill in Marketing Operations - Quality Management
Eye for detail and ability to track and highlight bugs and issues
Ability to identify critical or complex areas in the system and test accordingly
Accountability for planning and managing test activities
Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and multi-task
Impeccable time management and communication skills
Experience with MOS products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
Knowledge of SQL and JS desirable
Experience with Automated Testing tools a plus
Desire to collaborate with others in a team environment
Willing to work across different shifts / rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate all aspects of QA activities of Campaign Process
Responsible for the Quality of the overall Campaign build
Complete quality audits in accordance with current campaign guidelines
Use designated tools to ensure targets are met and turnaround times are adhered to with defined accuracy standards
