Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Register and manage customer complaints in the Trackwise system, ensuring compliance with division timelines
  • Oversee the Batch Release process for Abbott Nutrition products in line with global and local policies/regulations
  • Manage Document Control processes: initiate change requests, coordinate Subject Matter Expert (SME) edits, route documents for approval, and ensure timely completion and periodic reviews
  • Review and evaluate Supplier Quality activities, including qualification, performance monitoring, audits, and SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) closures, within required timelines
  • Support inspection and audit readiness activities for the Affiliate, including preparation for AQR audits (Abbott quality and regulatory), as directed by the QA Supervisor/Manager
  • Maintain data and documentation to monitor Quality Management System and departmental activities throughout the year
  • Assist in preparing Management Review presentations in collaboration with the QA Supervisor/Manager
  • Monitor and support NCR (non-conformance) initiation, conduct root cause analysis, and oversee CAPA (corrective and preventative actions) implementation and effectiveness tracking
  • Contribute to On-Market Events/Product Actions presentations in partnership with the QA Supervisor/Manager
