Responsibilities

  • Conducting inspections and audits of electronic devices in strict compliance with established procedures
  • Creating and maintaining work instructions in collaboration with the documentation team and Quality Supervisor
  • Training new and existing employees on 6S principles and work instructions
  • Leading weekly department status meetings and providing SIPOC training
  • Tracking and reporting weekly tasks and quality metrics
  • Delivering ANSI/AQL results to external customers
  • Establishing and evolving formal QA processes using industry best practices
  • Overseeing all aspects of QA, including metrics, tools, and process improvements
  • Acting as the primary QA contact for product releases and coordinating internal and external QA resources
  • Mentoring QA team members and managing contract testers
  • Developing and executing manual and automated test plans and procedures
  • Entering inspection results and relevant data into our database
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and team-building efforts
  • Maintaining strong working relationships across departments
  • Performing other duties as assigned
