Requirements

Partners with QSight Director Hospital Operations to manage Supply Chain logistics for QSight Kanban, LUM distribution, and bulk distribution throughout the hospital
Develops strategic business plans and tactics to manage and optimize hospital supply chain
Manages Kanban teams delivering LUM to units and Receiving team handling Bulk and Core Supply areas
Manages services including advanced logistics, inventory management, or technology services with O&M teammates
Engages regularly with teams and customers via key performance indicators, contracts, engagement plans, and business expectations
Collaborates with Director to manage, schedule, and staff Kanban and receiving teams for professional project staffing and resource maximization
Interfaces heavily with hospital executives and customers
Collaborates with Sr Manager QSight Operations, Area Sales Directors, and other O&M teammates for exceptional customer service and optimal supply chain performance
Places safety first, follows procedures/policies, ensures teammates follow safety protocols
Creates inclusive environment adhering to O&M Culture and IDEAL core values (Integrity, Development, Excellence, Accountability, Listening)
Works with O&M teammates and management for customer relationship continuity and profitability, integrating service offerings

Responsibilities

Develops strategy with Director and leadership for communicating, streamlining processes, increasing efficiencies, data analytics, and optimizing PARs
Tracks and reports performance indicators to monitor engagement success, identifies issues, and resolves obstacles
Meets with strategic customers to develop business and implementation plans
Leads, plans, directs, and coordinates implementation efforts to achieve customer and O&M business goals and profitable services growth
