Requirements

  • A love for cosmetics and beauty products

  • Residing in Japan
  • Foreign nationals must already possess the necessary work authorization
  • Minimum 3 days of in-office attendance required (Hybrid location type)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive sales support to existing Qoo10 beauty item sellers
  • Contribute to product planning and selection to enhance the Qoo10 beauty category
  • Develop and present targeted advertising proposals to cosmetic item sellers
  • Identify and cultivate new seller opportunities (e.g., online stores, retail businesses, wholesalers, manufacturers) within Japan
  • Implement and manage sales promotion activities to drive revenue and expand the Qoo10 beauty category
  • Stay informed about current cosmetic trends and consumer preferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers
  • Handle all aspects of seller promotion, including sales support and marketing initiatives
