Requirements

Functional (Quality) expertise in supporting QMS document authors with formal requirements (e.g., selecting templates, assigning document IDs), reviewing for correctness, editing minor corrections, and routing for approval
Ability to update suites of QMS documents based on process owners' or QMS Manager's requirements, including in business transformation initiatives
Capability to help authors with general questions on using the QMS SharePoint site
Skills to maintain the structure of the global LCS QMS
Proficiency in updating the entire QMS SharePoint site (layout, updates, links, announcements) in collaboration with global QCE or QMS Manager
Experience managing publication of new QMS versions, collaborating with or backing up the global QMS Manager
Knowledge of maintaining archived QMS versions
Competence in supporting the Change Control process throughout the LCS QMS

Responsibilities

Support management and maintenance of the LCS Quality Management system repository by working with users and quality team to create/revise QMS documents in SharePoint
Ensure version control, document traceability, and proper archival of obsolete documents
Coordinate change requests with process owners and administer the QMS change management process (CAPA)
Advise document authors on creating documents within the QMS framework (e.g., selecting templates, document IDs)
Review draft procedures for formal properties, provide feedback, finalize changes, and initiate/run review/approval workflows
Resolve technical problems or organizational bottlenecks while ensuring QMS integrity
Support business transformation initiatives by updating QMS documents under process owners' direction or defining/documenting related quality assurance processes
Train employees on document control procedures and QMS repository usage
Monitor repository usage, implement improvements for usability and compliance
Support, track, and oversee QMS Change Control processes; administer audit follow-up (e.g., monitoring issue closure, reporting KPIs)
Act as deputy for the QMS Manager during absences, taking over specific tasks as needed
