Responsibilities

  • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Interact primarily with direct supervisor, peers, and/or management levels at clients or within Accenture
  • Receive guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Make decisions that often impact the team
  • Manage small teams and/or work efforts at clients or within Accenture (even in individual contributor role)
  • Transform sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine
  • Help assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run collaborative sales and support roles
  • Measure and evaluate sales data to determine the effectiveness of a product, sales process, or campaign
  • Use internal performance data, along with external market and competitor research, to craft sales strategy and achieve sales goals
