Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role within Enterprise Systems Engineering. Strong experience with Lead to Cash systems, including Salesforce, Zuora, RevPro, Vertex, Boomi, Netsuite, and related integrations is required. Experience with Agile methodologies and test automation frameworks is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The QA Manager of Enterprise Systems Engineering will lead a cross-functional team to design and implement scalable testing strategies for Lead to Cash systems, guide teams in utilizing innovative QA tools and methodologies, establish best practices and operational guidelines for testing, and serve as the subject matter expert in driving industry best practices for QA processes within the L2C ecosystem. They will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of enterprise applications and integrations, fostering continuous improvement within the QA team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business-critical objectives.
