Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System, Math, or an equivalent field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior QA Engineer, 2+ years as a QA Engineer, or 1+ years as an Associate QA Engineer, and experience in the Enterprise software industry. Applicants should be familiar with software testing methodologies, tools, and approaches, and have experience writing test cases and scenarios covering various testing types, including boundary, negative, compatibility, and concurrency tests. They must also be proficient in at least one programming language, with Python being preferred, and possess knowledge of relational databases and SQL, along with familiarity with Linux and script programming for test tools. Strong English reading and writing skills, and fluency in Mandarin, are required.

Responsibilities

As a QA Engineer, the individual will be responsible for conducting functional testing on web applications, WeChat, WeCom, and iOS apps, working closely with product managers and developers within a scrum team to ensure timely product delivery. They will create test plans, test cases, and test data based on software requirements and design documents, allocate defects, analyze risks, verify outcomes, and automate new features for regression coverage. The role also involves analyzing automation results and collaborating effectively within a team environment.
