Requirements

Candidates should have proven QA experience, particularly in BI, data warehouse, or analytics testing, with advanced SQL skills for validating large datasets. A strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data governance principles is required, along with hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Experience in building data test automation frameworks from scratch, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure Dev Ops or JIRA, and knowledge of API testing are also necessary. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and strong attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

The QA Engineer will validate data accuracy, completeness, and transformation logic across multiple systems, writing and executing advanced SQL queries to check data integrity. They will build and enhance QA automation frameworks for data testing, contributing to standards and best practices. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior QA members, contributing to QA framework development, participating in Agile ceremonies for QA planning and estimation, and validating data quality in SIT and production environments.
