Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
2 - 5 years of experience in FMCG, Tech company or e-commerce companies preferred (entry level candidates with a university degree in the relevant field can be considered)
Proven experience in sourcing, procurement or trading will be a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and ability to regularly engage/articulate in discussions within P&G and suppliers
Strong leadership skills to drive supplier negotiations and lead external discussions
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret insights from data
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across geographies
Ability to leverage external connections and regional/global networks to find opportunities that drive innovation and cost savings
Understanding of stewardship, governance, and compliance

Analyzing market trends and supplier landscape
Providing insights and recommendations to senior management and suppliers
