Responsibilities

  • Provide deep insight into what resonates with NA players - platforms, creators, tone, and sentiment trends and own a weekly NA Insights Package
  • Build and execute NA GTM plans, including localized activations, events, brand collaborations, and creator partnerships
  • Adapt global campaigns for NA markets, ensuring relevance in tone and timing
  • Deliver creative proposals for regional brand or community partnerships
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, wishlists, conversions) and optimize activations based on player feedback
  • Surface early trends, discovery patterns, and local sentiment to guide HQ strategy
