Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of AEM with focus on headless setup (Content Fragments, Universal Editor)
  • Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React) and backend integration (microservices, APIs)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving and willingness to grow into a leadership role
  • Fluent English and ability to work in international, cross-functional environments
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement structured content models using AEM Content Fragments and Universal Editor
  • Support product owners in translating business requirements into technical solutions, including effort estimation and risk analysis
  • Coordinate with local technical teams (architects, infrastructure, developers) to deploy the solution in multiple countries
  • Ensure proper integration between AEM and backend services built on AWS (Fargate, API Gateway, EventBridge, Cloudfront)
  • Represent the platform in international meetings and workshops, explaining the architecture and onboarding local teams
  • Collaborate with frontend teams (React) and consider aspects of accessibility, SEO and performance
  • Learn proactively and stay up to date with platform technologies and tools
  • Be the internal technical point of reference for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, supporting the definition and implementation of a global content solution for Santander’s digital public channels
