Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable processes
  • Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
  • Very good command of English language
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, experience with SAP
  • Understanding of accounting principles, with a strong emphasis on accounts payable processes
  • Well-developed prioritization and time management skills, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

  • Process inflows of payable invoices within the EMEA region into the SAP system
  • Control the accuracy of financial postings and correct errors
  • Clear open positions on suppliers’ accounts
  • Prepare and present analysis of vendor accounts
  • Maintain effective communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in the process of improvement of PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Perform daily tasks and other activities according to Standard Operational Procedures
  • Cooperate with the audit department in case of internal or external controls
