Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with preferred one year of retail or related experience, and demonstrate the ability to read, write, and comprehend documents. Basic mathematical skills and a detail-oriented approach are also required, along with the physical capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and to stand and walk for extended periods.
The PT Meat/Seafood Closer will independently prepare and produce meat products, package and label them according to program plans, merchandise meat products based on flight plans and merchandising expectations, stock the backroom with meat products while rotating and dating cases and buckets, notify the Meat Manager of supply needs, work as a team with other departments, understand basic mathematical functions, communicate tasks and completed steps, follow PPE and safety guidelines, adhere to food safety and cleaning expectations, and follow guest experience guidelines, potentially assisting in other departments as needed.
