A degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a quantitative field

Responsibilities
Support enterprise risk assessments and documentation, such as Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (ICARA), including the development and documentation of key risk scenarios and modelling for operational risk capital
Partner with business and risk partners to understand and quantify the financial impact of stress scenarios
Production of risk reporting for the Enterprise Risk team, Risk Owners, Committees and Boards
Enable oversight, challenge and reporting to business areas on risk management, design and effective operation of controls, including Risk & Control Self Assessments
Development and active promotion of the risk management framework and BlackRock risk-aware culture, including roll-out of prudential risk framework tools and training
Provide support for the development of risk appetite and risk profiling
Partner with colleagues across Enterprise Risk to synthesize risk reporting for oversight purposes
Support the preparation for, and response to, oversight reviews of the prudential risk framework (e.g. internal audit and regulatory reviews)
