Requirements

6+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service in a medical or healthcare field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Familiarity with several types of providers (e.g., Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners); pediatrics preferred, but not required
Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred but not required)
Comfort with scientific terminology
Ability to handle day-to-day challenges and decision-making independently
Ability to work with the Director on broader, systematic challenges
Ability to meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets
Ability to travel within territory as well as within market for team member support and relationship builds
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with health plans
Ability to identify additional engagement opportunities by independently pulling data from Tableau
Ability to mentor and support new and associate-level team members
Ability to travel 75% of the time

Responsibilities

Manage provider relationships and drive engagement within assigned territory or specific market and/or focus on a specialized population
Execute strategic initiatives, including supporting providers, coordinating events, and addressing day-to-day operational needs and decisions
Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations in territory
Provide input on central engagement strategies from on-the-ground experience
Independently handle day-to-day challenges and decision-making
Work closely with providers, care teams, and local community organizations to drive brand recognition
Identify additional engagement opportunities by independently pulling data from Tableau
Mentor and support new and associate-level team members
Meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets
Travel within territory as well as within market for team member support and relationship builds
Develop and maintain relationships with health plans
Develop and implement strategies to increase safe days at home for medically complex children
Collaborate with care teams to address complex medical needs
Provide education and support to providers and community organizations on Imagine Pediatrics' app-based care model
