Requirements

  • Master/sivilingeniør/ingeniør, preferably within chemistry/process, but other relevant fields may be considered
  • Experience from the process industry
  • Have (or ability to acquire) formal competence in GMP and GDP for planning and conducting supplier inspections
  • Interest in data analysis and use of statistical analysis tools
  • Thrive in a hectic and varied work environment, and contribute to others doing the same
  • Engaged, collaboration-oriented, and creative
  • Good abilities for networking
  • Good presentation skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality standards throughout the entire value chain
  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, risk assessment, and documentation in deviation events, including extensive contact with suppliers of return products
  • Conduct and document changes
  • Lead/participate in projects; contribute to technology selection and technical process solutions when needed
  • Use tools (e.g., Lean and Digitalization) to streamline the entire value chain
  • Collaborate with other relevant departments and functions at the facility
  • Work with preparation of returned products, covering the entire value chain from contact with suppliers of return products to finished bulk substance
