Responsibilities

The Proposal Writer will lead the development of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and related materials from kickoff to submission. They will translate complex healthcare and tech concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders, and partner with subject matter experts to gather accurate, impactful content. Responsibilities include ensuring proposals meet all compliance, formatting, and submission requirements, tailoring messaging to align with buyer goals, and maintaining/improving a proposal content library for consistency and efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with design and marketing teams on presentation-ready formatting and visuals, staying informed on industry trends, payer expectations, and competitor positioning, and completing additional research for deals as needed.
