Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or B.Sc. or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with preference for roles in product development, project management, manufacturing, regulatory, or quality assurance. Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development processes and experience in business development, technical writing, or quotations are also required.

Responsibilities

The Proposal Specialist will generate cost workbooks and WORD proposals for new business or project expansion opportunities, ensuring all quote activities are completed in a timely manner. They will collaborate with the technical team to determine project approaches and scope, independently issue quotes, update SFDC reports, participate in client meetings, and provide assistance to Managers and Directors as needed. Additionally, they will prepare project tracking reports for Senior Management on a quarterly basis.
