Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Commercial &/or Industrial property management, including a thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology
  • Real Estate Certificate or Licence
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and desire to work in a highly team orientated environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the presentation, maintenance and compliance of the portfolio
  • Building and maintaining close relationships with the client and tenants of the assets
  • Assist the client with the leasing of the portfolio, achieving and maintaining a zero-vacancy level
  • Preparation of all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation
  • Proactively managing the income and expenditure, as well as the financial reporting requirements for the client
  • Supervision of tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectives
  • Communicate frequently with the client and all tenants and provide timely relevant and professional advice in all aspects of the management of the property
