The client is seeking a FEMALE VA for a Remote position in the Property Management industry. This role is crucial for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, overseeing administrative operations, and ensuring effective coordination across departments. Proficiency in Rent Manager software is essential for tracking tenant records, maintenance, and other operational data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage high volumes of phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and internal communications.
  • Utilize Rent Manager to manage tenant accounts, maintenance tickets, and property data.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, filing, and timely communication with tenants, contractors, and service providers.
  • Support management in coordinating tasks, monitoring deadlines, and updating reports.
  • Assist with operational improvements and process development to enhance office productivity.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in property management or administrative support.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
