Requirements

  • Knowledge of the environment, market, and client profiles in the assigned area to identify opportunities and differentiating actions
  • Knowledge of the products under responsibility to ensure proper promotion at the point of sale
  • Ability to organize and plan the weekly work plan optimally according to established division parameters
  • Participation in trainings and evaluations to reinforce concepts and improve pharmacy visits
  • Optimization of work tools (iPad if assigned, cell phone, visuals, ACERCA, etc.)
  • Compliance with procedures for controlling and delivering samples or promotional materials, and registering daily visits

Responsibilities

  • Management and administration of territories, 100% responsible for drainage and sales of products to the client portfolio
  • Implement tactics executed by the Trade area, increase sales share in assigned zones and travel zones, and properly manage allocated resources
  • Promote products effectively to the target under responsibility
  • Implement and comply with promotional cycle strategies and activities
  • Promote and control stock-rotation in horizontal pharmacies, special clients, minichains, chains, and Neosalud
  • Comply with marketing budget and activities
  • Interview and negotiate with clients and co-distributors, clients in Lima and branches in the territory/channel (promotion, presentation, and development of drainage and sales activities)
  • Develop promotional activities via product presentations with clients, QF, and dependents
  • Follow up on trade plans with special clients and ensure compliance with their quotas
  • Maintain constant coordination with Purchases managers, QF, Chain technicians, Groups, Coverage, and Wholesalers to optimize commercial relationships
  • Develop sales levels, recall index, stocks, and product rotation in each assigned zone
  • Develop programs and trainings with important clients/distributors
  • Conduct convocations for attendance at division's in-person or virtual events efficiently and effectively
