At least 3 years of work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or management role (e.g., Team Leader or Supervisor)
Responsible for coaching team members to improve performance
Capable of building a strong team and managing overall staff retention
Proficient in monitoring team KPI data
Able to coordinate effectively with the management team; strong communication and comprehension skills

College graduate or higher

Responsibilities

Deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members (Training & Nesting)
Design and conduct refresher training sessions based on project challenges, quality insights, top errors, and product updates
Provide floor support, answer associate queries, and ensure policy clarity and accuracy
Generate and publish daily training and nesting performance reports
Conduct ongoing knowledge checks and timely training sessions based on recurring issues or updates
Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align on performance expectations and training priorities
