Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project management in lean promotion and equipment upgrading
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
  • Strong logical thinking ability and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with PLC programming principles and robotic systems is preferred
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English is preferred
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL or other data processing tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute equipment modification projects to improve production efficiency and support smart factory initiatives
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to upgrade welding robots and other automated systems
  • Analyze existing processes and propose technical solutions for equipment optimization and cost reduction
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements during modification activities
  • Implement lean improvement projects in the plant by integrating BIQ and key aspects of production operations
