Familiarity with lean production principles and data analysis is required, along with the ability to effectively carry out continuous improvement and project advancement.
The Project Technician I will utilize data analysis and decision-making to enhance production efficiency through continuous improvement projects, resolve issues through effective communication and cross-departmental team collaboration, promote Lean culture activities, analyze the production process deeply, identify and eliminate waste, and formulate detailed project plans to ensure goals are achieved. They will also gather and report data, assess common problems surrounding data-gathering, and customize data fields to meet client needs.
