The Client Onboarding Consultant will report to Experian Health and manage the setup of clients, users, products, and payers, based off contract, Statement of Work, and Sales to Implementation. You will be accountable for the entire client set up, collection of required documentation, clear and detailed documentation of the process status, and meeting expected timelines to ensure timely implementation and ongoing client success. You will also be responsible for raising any concerns with scope and deliverables to management.
