  • Generate opportunities, industry partnerships, and vendor agreements
  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning
  • Develop and monitor budgets

  • Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery
  • Recruit, hire, and develop Low Voltage personnel
  • Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Represent the company values with customers, vendors, and business partners
