Responsibilities

Oversee the successful and profitable completion of projects
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Work with Division Managers to set sales goals and prepare projections
Generate opportunities, industry partnerships, and vendor agreements
Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning
Develop and monitor budgets
Mentor and develop direct reports
Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery
Recruit, hire, and develop Low Voltage personnel
Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
Represent the company values with customers, vendors, and business partners
