Requirements

  • Masters degree in Biotech or related fields
  • Biotech projects execution experience greater than 12 years
  • Acquaintance with various Biotech USP / DSP equipment sizing and risk assessment approach doc prep
  • Experience with lead plant setup, utilities calculations, equipment positioning and optimizing processes for higher yields

Responsibilities

  • Enquiry management including customer discussions, URS Review & Compliance Prep, Technical Proposal, Costing, P&ID Prep, supporting pre-sales
  • Mass Balance prep, list of equipment prep, costing, Presales support for end to end solutions
  • Preparation of DQ1 & DQ2 docs in reference to Process engineering design, Project management
  • Cross functional communication, customer management, OTD in terms of project milestones, SAP OTD management and handover
  • Preparation of qualification protocols and Executing SFAT, Mechanical inspection, PreFAT, FAT, SAT, Customer feedback reports and follow all the procedures as mentioned in the project realization chart
  • Conducting Internal Audits for following of internal procedures
  • Learn and implement DBS related activities for improvements and train the team with industrial experience
