Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience within a professional services, consulting, corporate legal department, or other legal services environment
  • Experience in legal, financial or insurance services strongly preferred
  • Experience using formal project management and process improvement tools and techniques (PMP and/or Six Sigma certification highly desired)
  • Process driven, strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results, preferably in large, global, corporate environments
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive change without direct authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • BA or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Drives strong project management across GLCR
  • Enables on-time, accurate, and comprehensive execution of project deliverables
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal clients both within GLCR and our business partners
  • Supports clear and effective communication related to project planning
  • Assists in conducting program/project meetings to address project status, progress, and resource allocation when necessary
  • Participates in defining timetables and project plans; analyzes and estimates feasibility, risks, cost, time, and resources
  • Supports departmental administration activities, as needed
  • Budget tracking (preferred)
