Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years professional project management experience, with at least 2 years leading and directing project tasks (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Reside within reasonable commuting distance from Cincinnati, Columbus, Mason, or Seven Hills, Ohio (hybrid: 1-2 days in-office per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage incident reporting, develop prevention plans, oversee seclusion and restraint management, and handle related reporting to the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM)
  • Work with business partners to identify and implement small to medium projects supporting unit or corporate goals (business and/or technical)
  • Manage development of prescribed planning document and develop project charter
  • Partner with sponsors to secure project approval and develop communication management plan
  • Define project team roles and responsibilities, develop work plan structure and project schedule, and develop deployment plan
  • Lead project meetings
  • Identify, document, prioritize scope changes, and facilitate approval process
  • Maintain and update all project documents
  • Secure appropriate skill sets for project and set/manage expectations with resource managers and team members
  • Provide performance feedback to team members and resource managers
  • Maintain issue log and facilitate resolution of issues
  • Execute communication plans and regularly report status
  • Manage and monitor ROI throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track and manage time and budget against plan
  • Develop testing strategy
  • Conduct project close-out activities
  • Prepare and participate in quality review checkpoints
  • Obtain/secure and archive necessary approvals
  • Manage and update project plan
