Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a high-volume portfolio of implementations, upgrades, and maintenance projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks; develop and implement risk mitigation plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders; engage to understand requirements and provide expert advice on grant management strategies and product capabilities
  • Work directly with customers to define and document high-level business requirements and detailed requirements
  • Align customer goals with product functionality and manage expectations about product capabilities and enhancements
  • Participate in cross-functional team activities, including requirements gathering and business process modeling
  • Guide technical teams in developing and implementing system configuration, customizations, enhancements, and end-user interfaces specific to client programs
  • Lead the quality assurance process and oversee quality control to ensure solutions meet standards before client review
  • Develop and oversee functional and user acceptance testing to ensure the product operates according to contract specifications
  • Track business operational metrics, including capacity modeling
  • Serve as liaison among stakeholders, including clients, subject matter experts, and internal teams (product development, sales, customer support)
  • Ensure successful project delivery, meeting customer expectations and achieving company goals
