Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years professional project management experience, with at least 2 years leading and directing project tasks (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Reside within reasonable commuting distance from Cincinnati, Columbus, Mason, or Seven Hills, Ohio offices (unless accommodation granted)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management tasks related to the MyCare Ohio program
  • Provide administrative and data support to three directors
  • Manage the development of a prescribed planning document
  • Develop project charter
  • Partner with sponsors to secure project approval
  • Develop communication management plan
  • Define project team roles and responsibilities, develop work plan structure and project schedule
  • Develop deployment plan
  • Lead project meetings
  • Identify, document, and prioritize scope changes and facilitate approval process
  • Maintain and update all project documents
  • Secure the appropriate skill sets for project
  • Set and manage expectations with resource managers and team members
  • Provide performance feedback to team members and resource managers
  • Maintain issue log
  • Facilitate resolution of issues
  • Execute communication plans
  • Regularly report status to reports
  • Manage and monitor ROI throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track and manage time and budget against plan
  • Develop testing strategy
  • Conduct project close-out activities
  • Prepare and participate in quality review checkpoints
  • Obtain/secure and archive necessary approvals
  • Manage and update project plan
  • Work with business partners to identify and implement small to medium projects supporting unit or corporate goals (business and/or technical in nature)
  • Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems under moderate guidance within defined parameters using project management methodology
