Requirements

Must have experience in overseeing large landscape construction projects
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing Masonry, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, and Landscaping construction
General knowledge of pool construction, landscape masonry, lighting, grading and drainage, irrigation, carpentry structures, and plant and hardscape design
Proven success managing residential and/or commercial projects of $250k+
Strong cost management skills (tracking estimated vs. actual hours, subcontractor scopes, and costs)
Strong communication skills to work effectively with high-level clients
Knowledge and experience with Aspire software, MS Project, and Outlook

Responsibilities

Oversee between $2.5 and 3 million dollars of landscape construction work annually
Direct and schedule 3 or more construction crews
Supervise subcontractors
Coordinate material deliveries
Corroborate monthly billings and advance the collection effort
Work closely with other departments to bring about the completion of a job
Job Management: manage multiple jobs in different stages of planning and development, including comprehensive plan review, accurate job costing, in-house labor scheduling, and timesheet management
Site Management: work closely with in-house labor resources, material suppliers, and subcontractors to expedite all phases of the contract
Subcontractor Management: coordinate, schedule, and direct subcontractors in the execution of their scopes of work
Billing and Collection: corroborate all client Billing Statements and vendor invoices
Client Relations: ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction throughout the construction period and beyond
Handle all aspects and phases of the design/build process
