The Project Manager will provide oversight and coordination of study initiation, translate protocol language into internal systems, prepare for and facilitate internal meetings, and coordinate stability launches. They will maintain project set-up and sample test scheduling, evaluate project timelines and deliverables, and manage project financials including revenue projections and forecasts. The role involves progressive responsibility for internal and external communications, supporting contract review processes, and potentially training junior program managers. Involvement in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements is also expected.
